For one day only on 19 July 2026 a small group of local artist friends will display their work at Woodsies in Wimborne. Paintings, prints, ceramics, sculpture, jewellery and cards will be on sale.

The owner of Woodsies, Penny Harris, introduced two members of the group Helen Menges and Jean Burns to each other and an extraordinary and wonderful friendship has blossomed. Together with Cathy Cheyne and Cal Pendleton-Grace they formed a group called artyquattro to take part in this year’s Dorset Art’s Weeks.

Over coffee and biscuits Penny made an extraordinarily kind invitation to the group and we are really exited to be able to set up this pop up gallery in the centre of Wimborne.

Sue James, Tim Howard and Minna Harvey will be joining the group in exhibiting.
