As part of UPLIFT Festival, we’re offering a small number of free stalls for young makers aged 16–25.
We’re running this in partnership with Walford Mill, an exhibition venue and creative hub in Wimborne. Successful applicants will have the chance to show and sell their work at Walford Mill’s Maker’s Market on Saturday 11 April.
The Youth Maker’s Market is aimed at people who are just starting out, building confidence in their creative practice, or who may never have sold their work before. It’s a chance to try running a stall, share what you make with the public, and be part of the lively atmosphere of the market during the UPLIFT Festival.
You might be making prints, ceramics, jewellery, illustration, textiles, zines, handmade objects, crafts, or something completely different - if you’re creating things you’re proud of and would like to share them, we’d love to hear from you.
